- Termite and Wood-Destroying Insect
Inspection, which includes termites, carpenter ants,
powder post beetles, carpenter bees and other wood-destroying
insects.
- A General Pest Inspection that includes all
insects found in the structure, including rodents, in addition
to the traditional wood-destroying insect inspection mentioned
above.
Patton inspections are led by, J. R.
Walsh, our Sentricon Treatment specialist, Rick Rugg, our
service manager, as well as John Patton, our owner. Our inspection
crew can talk knowledgably about what we find (if anything) and
we know how to disclose problems in a non-alarming fashion. We also
provide tips to prevent future pest problems along with the inspection.
Patton is not only conversant in entomology,
but also in building practices that relate to pest problems. We
are able to make recommendations concerning grade contact, improper
drainage, firewood storage, gutter maintenance and many other potential
problems as they relate to insect infestations. Our service philosophy
is to make the inspection easy on everyone involved. We like to
do the inpection while the homebuyer is there for other inspections,
but we are willing to call and discuss the inspection if the future
homeowner is unable to be there.
Patton Pest Control can also do any treatments
that may need to be done. This includes termite jobs and gutter
cleaning, services that most pest control companies do not offer.
Reports can be quickly mailed or faxed.
Patton Pest Control is a family owned and operated business and
has been in the area since 1964; should you need us again, we are
close by and ready to work with you. We stand behind our work and
want to develop long-term relationships with our customers. Back
